FXNL Form Sports Medicine and Chiropractic offers a wide range of treatment options that can help to reduce your pain and improve your quality of life.

Chiropractic is a popular and effective treatment for many musculoskeletal conditions that can cause both pain and disability. It involves the chiropractor performing manual spinal adjustments and mobilizations to realign the vertebrae in your spine and bring your body back into balance. It is non-invasive and drug-free and it supports your body in healing itself.

Active Release Techniques

Active Release Techniques (ART) is a patented manual soft tissue treatment that is used to treat overused and injured muscles. It is an active form of massage where the chiropractor will put pressure on the affected area while the patient first lengthens then shortens the muscle to break up adhesions that have been caused by overuse.

The goal of physiotherapy is to get you moving again and support you in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. It is a holistic approach that involves a range of treatments as well as advice and exercises for the patient to use at home. It can help people to rehabilitate after injuries or surgery and support people with long-term conditions in staying active.

Selective functional movement

This is an assessment technique that aims to precisely pinpoint where your pain or mobility symptoms are coming from. Using it, your chiropractor will observe your posture and the way you move to see where there could be dysfunctions that might be causing some of your issues so that a treatment plan can be put in place.

NormaTec Pulse Pro 2.0

This is a device that you attach to your arms or legs that helps to remove metabolites and fluid after you have taken part in strenuous activity. It uses innovative air pressure technology to massage your limbs and increase blood flow to those areas. It can help to soothe aching muscles and help you to recover more quickly.

Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM stands for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. These instruments are precisely contoured to conform to different areas of your body and have a beveled edge, both of which allow for deeper soft tissue massage and myofascial release. It can help to treat a wide range of painful soft tissue injuries and conditions.

Kinesiology RockTape

RockTape is the leading brand of kinesiology tape. It can help to reduce pain caused by sports injuries and it can help to support your joints and help to prevent any further injuries. It does this by sticking to the skin and applying light pressure to the affected joint and muscle.

Shockwave therapy

Shockwave therapy can give you fast pain relief and an improvement in your mobilization. It uses a device that emits shockwaves directly to your skin. This sends energy through to the affected muscles which promotes faster healing, reduces inflammation, releases trigger points, stimulates the release of the body's natural painkillers, and more.

Manhattan Beach: California's Coolest Beach Town

chiropractor manhattan beach ca (2).jpg

Home to some of the best bars, restaurants, and shops in Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach may not be as popular as Santa Monica or Venice Beaches, yet that is what makes it even cooler. A little over ten miles from Santa Monica and Venice, the (until recently) debatably lesser-loved and lesser-known Manhattan Beach is a lower-key, cool departure from its frisky, crowded neighbors.

Always lively yet hardly overwhelming, the flourishing downtown scene of this surf town offers several noteworthy Los Angeles restaurants overseen by Michelin-starred chefs, astonishing shops, and the calm atmosphere you would await from a classic beach town in California. Begin with a stroll on the beach-there are plenty of incredible homes to peep into and a free aquarium located at the end of the pier-and head towards the downtown area and do the following.
